  1. This promotion is open only to residents of the US. Participants must provide a valid shipping address within the US for delivery.
  2. Each person is only eligible to win ONE (1) draw. E.g. If you win on Draw 2, you won't be eligible to win another prize for Draws 3 to Draw 12.
  3. If you’re a winner, our team will reach out to you via email. If you don't respond within 72 hours, your prize will be forfeited and someone else in the raffle will be selected.
  4. Emails can end up in your spam folder because of certain settings from your email service provider. Be sure to look in your spam folder.
  5. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that Onahole.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, and agencies shall not be liable for:
    • Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize
    • Any shipping cost that may arise after failure of delivery attempt of your prize (due to an incorrect, incomplete address, shipped to a pickup point but wasn't collected) Onahole.com will not be liable.
    • Technical failures of any kind including server problems, internet issues, or platform malfunctions resulting in lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries
    • Any damage to prizes during shipping and delivery
    • Issues arising from customs clearance or import duties
  6. To participate, entrants must be 18 years or older and can provide a valid email and shipping address for contact and mailing purposes.
  7. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. If you create duplicate emails to submit multiple entries, your participation will be void and you will be disqualified.
  8. There are no refunds or returns on all prizes and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
